Our new Truffle Pâté is made with Natural ingredients.
A base of 65% Champignon mushrooms, 10% Boletus from the Italian forest of Umbria and 8% of Italian Tuber Stivum (Summer Truffles).
This combination gives to our NEW Pate what the culinary world have been missing, A Pate that can be eaten without cooking and that when exposed to heat increases the deepness of flavor maintaining the aroma.
Ingredients: Champignons mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, borcini mushrooms (boletus edulis) - 10%, black summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) - 8%, salt, pepper, aroma, garlic, parsley.
